Hunger, lack of affordable housing and opportunity aren’t separate problems, they are parts of one continuous cycle. The Live Your Dreams Foundation fights this cycle through food access, youth mentoring, and community-driven economic development.

The L.Y.D. foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to eliminate hunger, promote movement and create self-sustaining communities through economic empowerment. We aim to do this through mentoring, education, direct service, community banking, philanthropy and community outreach.
